Old Glory...
Last night the boys and I had the distinct privilege of attending the annual flag retirement ceremony at the Quantico National Cemetery. What an awesome opportunity to to pay respect to the emblem of our country that has served her well. There were hundreds of Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venture Crews and Girl Scouts from all over the area. They worked together to tenderly prepare Old Glory for her final resting place. We had flags from all over the Capitol region that were ready to be retired.
