We had an absolutely wonderful Christmas. It all began on 20 December with the arrival of my brother and his awesome family. My parents came in the next afternoon. Jim rented a beach house on Pensacola Beach and we spent the days between the beach house and our house. It was such a nice visit to just enjoy one another and a low key Christmas. Please excuse my 8 million pictures but I just want to remember...
Football in my front yard,
Christmas Eve fun,
Candle light service at Olive Baptist Church,
Tears in my eyes as I celebrate with my beautiful nieces and nephews,
Christmas Day on the beach with Molly,
Laughing at modle poses,
Santa on a paddle board,
Kate understanding more and more how special family is,
Papa and Grammy in matching Santa get ups,
Realizing that The Villages have indeed changed Papa,
That my precious nephew Aiden is such an incredible young man who is a gift to our family,
That Grammy loves her grandchildren with all her heart,
That Andrew treasures his talks with Grammy and he loves the way she loves him,
That Rory is a riot and makes a mighty fine sand Santa,
That Frosty TOTALLY came to the Beach House,
That sunsets over the Bay are such a beautiful reminder of the AWESOME God we serve,
That Amy can now cross "visit Alabama" off her bucket list and that the raw oysters ROCK at the Florabama,
That family is a blessing,
That I am thankful for the relationship I have with Jim and Amy and their sweet kids,
That God has blessed me richly with a Godly husband and children who love the Lord,
That my parents have provided and continue to model what it means to love each other without conditions,
That the Big Cousins always have a blast together and pray their bond remains strong as they grow,
That Girl Cousins ROCK,
That BOY cousins also rock,
And that this photo takes my breath away.
It was an awesome Christmas for sure. Our one regret was Shannon, Carlos and the girls were not here to celebrate with us.
