Life is about to get all kinds of crazy here at the House of Payne.
I took a low key weekend opportunity to go and visit my parents and took Kate and Sam with me! We had a blast; so much so that Sam wishes he could move right to retirement... Um... High School first, pal!
The first night we went down to one of the town squares and listened to a live band.
The band was awesome!
Kate was in her glory as she loves to dance!
The next day we drove to neighboring Leesburg for the Martin Luther King Day parade.
My parents are both involved with the Twirler and Drum Corps. It was fun watching them do something they enjoy!
Papa was rocking his drum! He was fantastic!!!
Grammy has been twirling for a few years now. So fun to watch her go! We were impressed with this group. There where participants in their upper 70's and 80's in the group. Proves you are as young as you feel.
Seriously, how cute are they???
