The theme of the first meeting was Trains. It wasn't the greatest theme for the Webelos. They like trains and all, just not holding hands to make a human train. Here is a picture of Kev and Sam following directions! They loved it all. Andrew just said: "I am a little too old for chugga chugga choo choo". I have to agree...
I thought it was cute until our Cub Master said all the leaders had to be on the train. Not as cute. here is me, linked up t the Cub Master, trying to make the best of it...
Andrew has all the requirements to receive his Arrow of Light. This is the only award that a cub scout carries over to Boy Scouts with him. Andrew's Den leader presented the boys with an arrowhead. He will recieve his Arrow of Light Patch at the Blue and Gold Dinner in February. Pretty cool...
