Gong Xi Fa Cai - Year of the Snake!!! {Sunday Snapshot}

Happy Year of the Snake!

 On Thursday, I visited Kate's class and read a story about Chinese New Year!

We handed out little gift bags with Chinese treats to include this New Year drum to help bang in the special day!

 Kate was so excited to have me and Sam there talking about "My China"!  She was so very proud!

Today at church was a focus on missions.

It made me wonder if this precious little girl would ever return to Her China with the good news of the Gospel...

Kate was excited to wear her silks and say "My Chinee Haahhpy Eww Yeeahh" to all she met!
