I adjusted my handy dandy chart with fairly conservative averages. The numbers tell me December, but we are praying we can be there sooner. Again, any hold up appears to be happening on the Chinese side of things. It all depends on how long it takes to receive our Travel Approval (TA) and our Consulate Appointment (CA). The other steps involve the US government concerning Kate's immigration status. Here is what the rest of the process looks like:

Hope it's sooner rather than later! We brought our little home in 2009 - the wait seemed so long then but LOA's are taking forever right now!
