Shortly after we were matched with our Kate, a sweet little baby girl's photo appeared on our agency's shared list. There was just something about this little girl the agency called "Cheryl". She had a complicated heart heart condition. She was breathtaking. A simply beautiful little girl. I found myself praying for her and for her future mom and dad that they would find her quickly. Well, indeed they found her. God knew what he was doing. Little Cheryl would forever now be called Ivy Joy and would forever now know the love of a family! God placed her in a family who stepped out in faith and have been fighting every step of the way for Ivy's heart to be healed in every way. Ivy's story, this precious family's story, is one of faith, redemption, love and healing. I stand amazed every time I read their blog.
Ivy Joy is not well. She is struggling with her poor little heart once again. She needs healing and she needs it now. She has been through so very much. She needs relief. She needs healing that only God can bring. Mary, Ivy's mom, has asked that we get the word out to as many prayer warriors as possible. Please, pray for healing for sweet Ivy Joy. Simply put, she is a walking miracle, but she needs another miracle. Please join me in praying for this precious Child of God!
