This season of soccer ended on a sad note today. Andrew's team made it to the second round of tournament games. They played their hearts out today. We have not ever seen them play this well. Our goalie was a little late to the game and so Andrew filled in as the fearless keeper!!! After about 5 minutes our regular goalie arrived and Andrew moved back to his regular position of right forward. He did awesome with three shots on goal. This nail biter of a soccer game ended 0-0 and it came down to a shoot out. Sadly our opponents saw victory today. Our kids have nothing to be ashamed of. They came into the tournament seated at 12 and they gave the 2 nd seated team a real run for their money! Here is my first attempt at posting a picture...
