My Stomach is Doing Flip Flops!

Could this be the week that we see our sweet baby's face for the first time???  I feel like the 1950's version of the expectant father pacing in the waiting room waiting for his wife to give birth!  Weird huh?  A new shared list is being released in about one hour from now.  This is the first list we are eligible to be matched from.  From what I understand the CC*A opens for business at 9am China time.  They spend the day releasing a list of little ones who are available for adoption.  Our coordinator at our agency as well as every other coordinator from agencies  all over the world stay up all night trying to pull files off the list and matching kiddos with parents.

Should God choose to reveal our daughter to Xaioqing, our coordinator, she will send us her file via email.  We will have 72 hours to have the file reviewed by an International Adoption Doctor as well as any other specialist we wish to evaluate.  Scott and I then take the information we learn and pray, pray, pray for discernment.  Once we determine she is ours, we will submit a Letter of Intent to adopt to the CC*A.  About a week to two weeks after they receive our letter they will (hopefully) send us a Pre-Approval to adopt the child.  At this point we will be able to share her photo with you.

Please be in prayer that we are ALL patient with God's timing.  We were talking about it at dinner tonight and Kevin said he had been thinking about the list all day:)  Sam said he was having an Elijah type prophesy that Katie Grace is on this list.  He then revised and said it was more like he really WANTED her to be on the list.  Ahhhhhhh!!!  We are all so excited!!!!  Think I will sleep tonight?
