Faces of Nanning
This morning was spent at the People's Park of Nanning! It was just beautiful. It was fascinating watching all the different activities taking place. It was also good to be out of the hotel. Kate remains the same. She still has no affect and is not interacting much with us. She did get mad at Scott when he wanted her to walk and she wanted to be carried. Girlfriend is a HUGE fan of the Ergo. She is following us more with her eyes. she notices if one of us gets up from the table and will follow us until she can no longer see us. She is talking and singing and interacting with her toys at nap and bed time. Baby Steps. Baby steps are hard. It is so hard to feel like a bystander and not her Mommy. She hurts so. I KNOW it will get better but in the mean time, my heart breaks for her.

Hi Kelly and Scott,
A dear friend of mine from college posted pictures of her new nephew on facebook yesterday. He arrived with his forever family from CHINA yesterday! My friend met him for the first time last night and the pictures were of smiles and hugs for everybody, even the new cousins! The little boy looks to be about Kate's age! Hope that offers some positive thoughts into it won't take Kate too long to get there!
